Important Notes About the 15-Session Program:
The 15-session program utilizes various "tools" (not included with the program) to assist with implementation, encourage participation, and measure progress, including:
Student Folder (for each student, with pockets for holding index cards and notes/papers)
3" x 5" index cards (about 12 per student)
Wheel of Fitness (handmade spinning wheel used to select weekly exercises). This tool must be constructed by instructors or substituted with something similar (such as index cards marked with each exercise).
Pedometer for each student (used to track steps). Manually counting and recording steps can be used as a substitute.
iPod(TM) Shuffle (used as a prize for the person in the group who logs the most steps). Can be substituted with any other prize.
