COPE Pregnancy Program
This evidence-based COPE pregnancy program is tailored to pregnant women experiencing anxiety, stress, and/or depression or pregnant woman at risk for these conditions. The program consists of seven weekly sessions with skills building activities that are based on cognitive behavior therapy. Through research, studies have shown this program reduces anxiety, stress, and depressive symptoms as well as improves healthy lifestyle behaviors.
This facilitator training includes 3 training videos, two COPE manuals for pregnant woman, and an instructor guide.
Once you finish watching the videos, answer the quiz questions and practice delivering the first five COPE sessions to a person of your choosing. Once you have completed these activities, fill out and submit the practice delivery results form and your quiz answers located on the home page under instructor resources. This will let us know you are finished with the training.
Upon review of the material, you will receive your license, access to the instructor forum, and a link to order additional pregnancy manuals.
